FTQN-D3.0 Multi-point Displacement Detection System

I. Overview

The FTQN-D3.0 Multi-point Displacement Detection System is used to measure dynamic deflection, static deflection, real-time displacement, and vibration changes in various bridges and building structures.

II. Principle Introduction

Utilizing image recognition technology and image blur processing technology, it accurately measures the static and dynamic displacement deformation of objects. There is no need to install targets on the detected bridge or other objects, making it easy to complete the measurement of bridge deflection or other object deflections. It is simple, reliable, time-saving, and labor-saving.

III. Technical Parameters

1.Measurement Accuracy:

Pixel Resolution: 1/200.

Displacement Resolution: 0.01mm (at 10m).

2. Measurement Distance: 0~500m.

3. Measurement Range: 0.01mm² to >300m².

4. Sampling Frequency: Dynamic measurement 300Hz, 100 points synchronized at 100Hz.

5. Protection Rating: IP65.

6. Automatic Recording and Correction of Camera External Parameters: Automatically records the distance, angle, and instrument temperature of each measurement point of the probe, and automatically corrects the camera posture and the scale factor of each measurement point.

7. Video Recording Frame Rate: 60fps.

8. Expandable System Probes: ≤8 units.

9. Light Compensation Function: Eliminates the impact of light changes on measurement results during outdoor measurements.

10. Synchronized Real-time Display of Data and Curves for Each Point: Enables real-time synchronized display of numerical values and curve changes for each measurement point during the measurement process.

11. Lenses: Free choice among three lenses: 50mm focal length, 25mm focal length, and 16mm focal length (or optional high-configuration zoom lens with 12mm-120mm focal length).

12. Data Acquisition and Real-time Display Module: Set base points, automatic recovery of lost points, and over-limit warning.

13. Data Automatic Analysis Module: Intelligent filtering, automatic analysis of maximum and minimum deflection, power spectrum, Excel generation, and automatic generation of test reports.

14. Probe Dimensions: 230mm × 115mm × 114mm (reference).
