FTJN-3 Engineering Structure Deflection Settlement Tester (Non-contact, CCD Acquisition)

Working Principle

The FTJN-3 Engineering Structure Deflection Settlement Tester is fixed onto the structure being measured. An industrial CCD is installed inside the tester. A fine steel wire with a diameter of 0.3–0.6 mm is threaded through the tester, with both ends of the wire under constant tension and anchored to stationary objects outside the measured structure. The gap is adjusted so that the wire passes through without contacting the tester. Using the steel wire as a stationary reference, the internal CCD of the deflection tester captures the relative displacement between the wire and the tester to measure the deflection value of the structure.

Advantages: The deflection tester uses non-contact CCD measurement of a stationary steel wire, reducing errors caused by contact friction and other transmission mechanisms that alter the wire's position. Its accuracy far exceeds that of similar products.
