I: Instrument Overview
Traditional crack detection methods can no longer meet the needs of rapidly developing road infrastructure due to issues such as personnel safety risks, inefficiency, imprecise results, and traffic disruption. The FTLF Series Long-Distance Crack Observation System employs high-precision optical systems and industrial CCD imaging technology. Through non-contact image acquisition from a distance, it directly extracts background subsets from the original images, uses interpolation technology to obtain crack background images, and subtracts the background image from the original image based on an additive model to achieve corrected results. After grayscale correction, the defect image undergoes binarization processing to extract crack information.
Thanks to its high-precision optical imaging system and high-grade industrial CCD lens, the FTLF Series Long-Distance Crack Observation System truly achieves non-contact crack detection from a distance. It offers precision in angle and distance detection that conventional non-contact methods cannot achieve, enabling self-calibration and comprehensive detection from any angle.
