Eliminate Material Caking‌
Compressed air is dispersed into micro airflows through sintered stainless steel mesh (aperture ≤15μm), penetrating the pulverized coal layer to create a "pseudo-fluid" state, eliminating cone hanging and arching issues, ensuring continuous flow of pulverized coal.‌

Reduce System Resistance‌
Utilizing an irreversible nozzle design, the startup pressure is only 0.05MPa, reducing pressure loss by over 80% (compared to traditional structures at approximately 0.25MPa).‌
Prevent Gas-Powder Backflow‌
The unidirectional fluidizing plate structure blocks the reverse infiltration of pulverized coal into the gas path, avoiding pipeline clogging and valve wear.‌
