Fluidization Plate Features and Advantages

The Lanhao injection tank fluidization plate is a key component of the bottom fluidizer in the blast furnace pulverized coal injection system. Its main function is to fully mix gas with pulverized coal, forming a fluidized solid-gas mixture, which facilitates the long-distance transportation of pulverized coal. The following is a detailed introduction to the injection tank fluidization plate:

 • Structure and Material: The fluidization plate is typically made of high-performance sintered stainless steel wire mesh, prepared through processes such as special lamination design of multi-layer metal woven wire mesh, composite pressing, and vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering. The material is generally stainless steel like 1Cr18Ni9Ti, which features high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and rigidity. The thickness of the fluidization plate is approximately 3mm, with elongated slits arranged in a cross pattern on its circular surface. The slits are perpendicular to the central cross lines, with a gap of about 0.5mm, a length of approximately 20mm, and a spacing of 10mm. The lower edge of the slits is chamfered at 1×45°, which helps concentrate compressed air in the center of the fluidization injection device, enhancing the suspension and fluidization effect of the pulverized coal.

 • Working Principle: The fluidizing gas flows through the fluidization chamber, passes through the fluidization plate to fluidize the pulverized coal. The fluidized pulverized coal enters the conveying pipeline under the back pressure of the injection tank. The uniformly distributed pores of the fluidization plate allow the gas to flow evenly, fully mixing with the pulverized coal on the bed, reducing the flow resistance of the pulverized coal, and avoiding issues such as "bridging" or "rat-holing," ensuring continuous and uniform entry of pulverized coal into the conveying pipeline.

 • Features and Advantages: The fluidization plate has fixed pore shapes, uniform sizes, no blind holes, strong flow capacity, good permeability, low resistance loss, and smooth, simple channels that are easy to backwash and regenerate. At the same time, it offers excellent fluidization effects and stable performance, facilitates adjustment of material conveying volume, saves conveying gas, reduces costs, and is a key equipment for dense-phase conveying.

 • Installation Forms: The fluidization plate can be designed in various forms such as fixed welding type or movable type (bolted fastening) to adapt to different injection tank structures and usage requirements, making installation and maintenance relatively convenient.
