Structure and Working Principle
The device is installed at the bottom fluidizer of the injection tank or inside the fluidizer at the bottom of the pulverized coal bin. Gas passes through the fluidizing plate and fully mixes with the pulverized coal on the bed layer, forming a fluidized solid-gas mixture, which facilitates long-distance transportation.
Core Structure
The fluidizing disc/plate is formed by sintering multiple layers of metal woven mesh (such as 304 or 316L stainless steel) with a porosity of 65%-80% and an aperture ≤15μm, ensuring uniform dispersion of airflow.
The typical design features a cross-shaped slit layout (slit width 0.5mm, length 20mm) with a 45° chamfer at the bottom edge, concentrating airflow to enhance the suspension effect of pulverized coal in the central area.
Fluidization Mechanism
Compressed air forms uniform micro-airflows through micropores, penetrating the pulverized coal layer to reduce inter-particle friction, eliminate arching phenomena, and render the pulverized coal in a quasi-fluid state (emptying rate up to 98%).
The unidirectional fluidizing plate design prevents backflow of pulverized coal, avoiding clogging of the air passage.
