Its core structure and workflow are as follows:
1. Core Structural Components
Main Container
Pump Body: Pressure-resistant tank (carbon steel/stainless steel material), working pressure ≤0.7MPa, volume 0.2~15m³, designed to withstand the interaction between materials and air pressure.
Inlet/Outlet Valves:
Inlet Valve (top): Dome valve or double gate valve, controlling material filling;
Outlet Valve (bottom): Wear-resistant ceramic valve or pneumatic slide gate valve, opens during conveying.
Air Circuit System
Fluidization Device: Bottom aerator plate or fluidization cone, introduces compressed air to suspend and fluidize materials;
Air Intake Assembly: Multi-path air pipes (main conveying air, fluidizing air, auxiliary purging air);
Exhaust Valve: Releases air from the tank during filling to prevent air pressure from hindering material intake.
Control System
PLC automatically controls material level, air pressure, and valve timing, supports manual/automatic mode switching.
2. Workflow (Four-Stage Cycle)
