The gas supplement regulator is a critical device specifically designed for dense-phase pneumatic conveying of powders. Its core feature lies in precisely controlling the powder flow rate over a wide range by adjusting the bypass gas supplement volume. This device adopts an inner and outer sleeve structure, with the central pipe conveying pulverized coal and the outer annular pipe delivering secondary air, forming a jet at a certain angle to achieve circumferential mixing with the central powder material. The adjustable gas supplement device consists of two sleeves: the inner pipe conveys pulverized coal, while the annular gap between the outer and inner pipes supplements gas. The design temperature of this device is 100°C, and the design pressure is divided into three grades: 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, and 2.0MPa. Its internal design is unique; by adjusting the round nut, the gap of the gas supplement air passage can be easily changed, thereby precisely regulating the gas supplement volume and flow rate. This ultimately achieves accurate control of the coal injection volume, meeting the optimal demands of production.
