      The point-type fluidizer (also known as a cone fluidizer, fluidizing nozzle, or fluidizer nozzle) is a critical flow aid component in the process of discharging powdered materials from storage bins. It is an indispensable accessory in the blast furnace pulverized coal injection system, where its role is particularly crucial. This device is installed at multiple points in the conical section of the injection tank (pulverized coal bin) and in the dead zones of the powder bin and powder conveying pipes. Its core function is to prevent coal powder from agglomerating and to promote its fluidization through specific design features.

      In the blast furnace pulverized coal injection system, the point-type fluidizer plays a vital role. By introducing air through a porous plate to fluidize the powder, it enhances its flowability, effectively prevents bridging, and ensures smooth material discharge. This evenly distributed installation method covers not only the conical section of the injection tank (pulverized coal bin) but also the dead zones of the powder bin and powder conveying pipes, further preventing issues such as material buildup, agglomeration, and arching on the inner walls of the injection tank (pulverized coal bin), thereby facilitating smooth fluidization of the coal powder.

       Regarding the product features of the point-type fluidizer, its fluidizing plate is manufactured using high-tech, high-performance sintered stainless steel mesh, ensuring durability and high efficiency. Additionally, this device not only simplifies the structure of the injection system but also enhances its safety and reliability. Specifically, the fluidizer employs an irreversible nozzle assembly to form the distribution plate, with minimal pressure loss (only 0.05 MPa is required for startup), effectively preventing powder and gas backflow. Moreover, after installing the fluidizer in the injection tank, the issue of powder accumulation in multi-cone and multi-pipeline injection tank configurations is eliminated.
       Furthermore, we offer the SLH-type top-discharge fluidizing device, which is specifically designed for top discharge in pulverized coal injection tanks. This fluidizing device is available in two types: integrated and split-bed styles, and can be customized according to actual requirements.

       As for the XLH-type bottom-discharge fluidizing device, it is designed for bottom-discharge pulverized coal injection systems and is suitable for the lower section of pulverized coal bins. This device comes in various specifications, with inlet sizes ranging from DN1000 to DN400 and outlet sizes from DN600 to DN1500, catering to the diverse needs of different customers.
