Fluidization device

      Lanhao Environmental Protection Fluidized Device is processed with precision machinery, then stacked in an umbrella shape from large to small and connected via fasteners or welding. The width between stacked plates ensures no less than 50mm, with a stacking gap no greater than 0.8mm. Based on the calculation of the required gas volume for transportation, the design ensures the flow area is larger than the cross-section of the gas source pipeline. During natural feeding of the storage pump, due to the wide stacking area and small stacking gap, the powder does not easily enter the fluidized disk but forms a natural accumulation angle on its surface. During transportation, compressed air is ejected at high speed through multiple layers of gaps, forming multi-layer annular airflow to uniformly fluidize the powder at the bottom of the pump. The fluidized, boiling-like powder enters the conveying pipeline under the pressure difference.

Purpose and Features: The coal powder fluidized conveyor is a key equipment for coal powder transportation, installed at the lower part of the injection tank. It is primarily made of diffusion metal mesh plates and includes an internal gas equalizer to ensure uniform airflow distribution across the entire fluidized bed, enhancing the fluidization effect and enabling coal powder conveyance.
