       The Lanhao product is a meticulously designed accessory for the blast furnace pulverized coal injection system, aimed at overcoming the shortcomings of previous products. This pulverized coal distributor consists of a main pipe, a body (including various forms such as conical, disc, and bottle types), and branch pipes evenly distributed above the body. Among them, the conical branch pipes are arranged with an elevation angle of 90 degrees or 120 degrees. The distributor is equipped with diverse coal injection branch pipes, with quantities and diameters of 8, 10, 12, 16, and 18 specifications, uniformly distributed around the upper part of the distributor body. The lower end of the distributor is connected to the coal transmission main pipe, while the upper branch pipes are connected to individual pulverized coal injection guns.

       This product is manufactured using carbon steel structure, with precise processing and high geometric accuracy. Its conical inner cavity has a simple structure, small volume, light weight, and is easy to maintain. As a key equipment in the blast furnace pulverized coal injection system, the pulverized coal distributor is responsible for evenly distributing pulverized coal to each tuyere of the blast furnace. Its structure is irregular, making the manufacturing process relatively complex and requiring high technical standards.

      In terms of types, pulverized coal distributors are categorized by shape into bottle type, spherical type, disc type, conical type (elevation angle type), and curved branch pipe type, among others; by branch pipe material, they include wear-resistant alloy type and wear-resistant ceramic type. With the continuous increase in the coal injection ratio of blast furnaces in ironmaking plants, the working capacity of this distributor faces severe challenges.       This pulverized coal distributor performs excellently and is an ideal distribution device for pulverized coal. Its outlets can connect to pipe diameters ranging from 6 to 35 tubes, including specifications of 15, 20, and 25, with two connection methods: flange and threaded. During the pulverized coal transmission process, this distributor features minimal pulsation, stable and reliable injection, and can achieve the user's desired flow rate. When pulverized coal flows through the distributor, there is no swirling or pulsation, ensuring uniformity of combustion in the tuyere raceway around the blast furnace hearth. Additionally, the fluid velocity in the pulverized coal distributor matches that in the pipeline, thereby reducing wear and extending service life.
      It is worth mentioning that this coal injection distributor has no throat structure, resulting in low resistance loss and avoiding issues such as throat clogging and reduced distribution accuracy due to uneven throat wear. This pulverized coal distributor is suitable for pulverized coal transmission systems under various gas-solid ratios in blast furnace coal injection systems, usable in both dilute phase and dense phase transmission modes, demonstrating high adaptability and practicality.
