1. Core Structure and Working Principle
Functional Positioning
As the "pneumatic switch" of the dust collector's cleaning and blowing system, it is regulated by the pulse control instrument signal. Through the instantaneous opening and closing of the high-pressure air source, it generates a pulse airflow to achieve efficient cleaning of the filter bag.
Working Process
Closed State: When powered off, the diaphragm is pressed against the valve port by the spring force and air pressure, blocking the airflow.
Open State: After being powered on, the electromagnetic coil generates magnetic force, pulling the armature to lift the diaphragm. Compressed air is ejected through the valve body to form a pulse airflow (pressure 0.2–0.6 MPa).
