The Lanhao aeration pad is an auxiliary device in pneumatic conveying systems used to fluidize powdered materials, enhance material flowability, and achieve smooth discharge. 

 The following is a detailed introduction:

 ### Structural Composition The aeration pad mainly consists of silicon carbide aeration plates and a metal casing. The aeration plate is the core component, with its permeable layer made of silicon carbide, providing sufficient strength, good permeability, and wear resistance. The metal casing is generally made of steel, formed through a one-time molding process, creating an internal aeration chamber. The casing and its connections ensure airtightness without leakage. The aeration plates are sealed with high-temperature-resistant silicone rubber, and assembled with the casing using high-temperature sealant.


 ### Working Principle During discharge, preheated compressed air is introduced through the bottom or side connections of the aeration pad. The air passes uniformly through the aeration plate into the material layer, loosening the material in the hopper and fully fluidizing it. This prevents material bridging or arching in the hopper, ensuring smooth material discharge, preventing blockages, and maintaining continuous, stable, and safe operation. 


 ### Installation Key Points Before installation, inspect the aeration pad for damage, check for deformation of the flange end faces, clean impurities inside the pad, and stack them according to length. At the bottom of the ash silo, mark the layout lines radially around the discharge outlet according to the layout plan, and install the aeration pad supports. Connect the pads one by one, place asbestos rubber gaskets between the flange end faces, apply silicone rubber for sealing, and add end plates at both ends. When connecting the air inlet pipe, ensure to drill holes at the corresponding positions on the aeration pad to protect the aeration plate from damage. After welding and sealing, start the fan to check for airtightness, ensuring uniform aeration air distribution and no leakage.


 ### Maintenance Key Points Regularly inspect the airtightness of the aeration pad. If leakage is detected, promptly check the flange gaskets, silicone rubber seals, etc., and replace aged or damaged sealing components. Check the permeability of the aeration plate; if poor permeability is observed, it may be due to clogged pores, requiring cleaning or replacement of the aeration plate. Ensure the air entering the aeration plate is preheated, clean, and oil-free compressed air. Also, inspect the casing for deformation, corrosion, etc., and repair or replace damaged parts in a timely manner.

 ### Application Areas Aeration pads are mainly used on the sides of electrostatic precipitator hoppers, various powder and granular material storage hoppers, and the bottoms of ash silos. They are widely applied in powder material storage and conveying systems in industries such as power, cement, metallurgy, and chemicals.
