Gasification plate

Lanhao Environmental Protection produces gasification plates and gasification troughs, which are key fluidization devices in powder material storage and transportation systems. They improve material fluidity through gas permeation technology. The core principles and application points are as follows:
️ 1. Structure and Working Principle
Core Components
Permeable Layer: Made of silicon carbide material, with a smooth surface and wear resistance. The microporous aperture is ≤56μm, ensuring uniform gas permeation;
Steel Shell: A sealed structure that encloses the permeable layer, with a compressed air interface on the side;
Heated Air Source: Requires an oil-water separator to provide dry hot air (preventing moisture and caking).

Fluidization Mechanism
Compressed air penetrates the microporous gasification plate → fills the gaps between powder particles → forms a gas film on the particle surface → significantly reduces friction → material exhibits a loose, fluid-like state;
The compressive strength of the fluidized powder decreases from >300kPa to <1kPa, completely eliminating issues such as bridging, rat-holing, and arching.
