Pulverized Coal Lance (Coal Injection Lance)

The coal injection guns produced by Lanhao Environmental Protection work in conjunction with matching gun check valves (ball valves) to form the core components of the blast furnace coal injection system. Their working principles and characteristics are as follows:

Core Components
Gun Pipe: A seamless stainless steel pipe that transports the pulverized coal airflow, featuring both wear resistance and high-temperature resistance.

Gun Head Atomization Disc: Equipped with a spherical atomization disc at the top, forming an annular gap with the gun pipe, allowing the pulverized coal to be sprayed in a umbrella shape, thereby improving mixing efficiency with the hot air.
