The cone surface is polished smooth; the fluidizer flange is fully welded to the silo wall and undergoes airtightness testing;
Pulse-type air supply is adopted (2 seconds on / 10 seconds off), saving over 30% energy.
Troubleshooting
Weakened airflow: Disassemble and clean the sintered mesh (backflush with 0.4MPa compressed air);
Powder leakage: Replace the sealed graphite gasket (temperature resistant up to 450°C).
Replacement Cycle
Sintered mesh is replaced every 12 months; seals are inspected every 6 months.

II. Key Precautions
Safe Operation
Before maintenance, the tank must be depressurized and emptied; working under pressure is strictly prohibited;
Install explosion-proof solenoid valves in nitrogen environments.
Efficiency Verification
After commissioning, test the residual coal powder on the cone: qualified standard ≤0.3kg/m².
Application Value: Through point-type fluidization technology, the coal powder silo emptying rate increases from 75% to 98%, and equipment failure rate decreases by 40%.
