Remove foreign objects such as welding slag and metal debris from the pipeline to avoid damaging the sealing surface or clogging the valve core.
For gas systems, conduct pipeline pressure testing and purging to ensure sealing integrity.

Equipment Inspection
Verify that the valve flow direction marking matches the medium flow direction.
Remove transport blocks and protective plugs, and manually test the valve stem for smooth operation without sticking.
Check the flatness of the flange to ensure even contact of the gasket.
