Coal Powder Distributor

The pulverized coal distributor has no throat structure, resulting in low resistance loss, avoiding throat blockage and reduced distribution accuracy due to uneven throat wear. This pulverized coal distributor is suitable for pulverized coal conveying systems under various gas-solid ratios in blast furnace coal injection systems, and can be used for both dilute phase and dense phase conveying.

The body of the pulverized coal distributor has a conical inner cavity. The sum of the outlet areas of each branch pipe is similar to the area of the inlet channel. Using airflow characteristics, the supplemented high-pressure solid-gas flow forms a strong vortex in the inner cavity, enveloping the pulverized coal,and evenly distributing it to each branch pipe. The conveying process has low pulsation,ensuring stable and reliable injection, achieving the user's desired flow rate. When pulverized coal flows through the distributor, there is no swirling or pulsation. The control accuracy of coal injection volume at each tuyere can reach ±3%of the large coal injection volume,fully ensuring uniform combustion in the raceway around the tuyeres of the blast furnace hearth,The flow velocity of the fluid in the pulverized coal distributor is the same as that in the pipeline, resulting in low wear and long service life.

Pulverized coal distributors are divided into: angle-type pulverized coal distributors, bottle-type pulverized coal distributors, and disc-type pulverized coal distributors, each used for different working conditions.

I. YFPQ Angle-Type Pulverized Coal Distributor

This distributor is suitable for single-pipeline pulverized coal conveying systems in ironmaking coal injection and is an ideal equipment for evenly distributing pulverized coal to multiple pipes at the furnace front. The outlets can be divided into 6-35 pipes, with pipe diameters of 15, 20, and 25. These three types of pipes have two connection methods: flange and threaded.
