Fluidization plate

      This fluidization plate is ingeniously deployed in the fluidization device at the bottom of the blowing tank or the core area of the fluidizer at the bottom of the pulverized coal storage bin. Through its precise design, it enables gas and pulverized coal to perfectly blend on the bed layer, forming a flowing solid-gas mixture that facilitates long-distance material transportation.

      The core structure of the fluidization plate is derived from high-performance sintered stainless steel wire mesh material supported by cutting-edge technology. This material is not only heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant but also excels in mechanical strength and rigidity, ensuring the device's long-term durability. Its pore structure is extremely precise, ensuring uniform airflow distribution and effectively reducing resistance loss.

    This device delivers stable performance in fluidization effects and is undoubtedly a core component of dense-phase conveying systems. Its design cleverly enables flexible adjustment of material conveying volume, not only saving conveying gas usage but also reducing overall operating costs.

      For the fluidization plate design, we offer multiple options, including fixed welded type and movable type (bolt-fastened), to meet application needs in different scenarios. In particular, the fluidization plate made from 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate with a thickness of approximately 3 mm features carefully designed elongated slits on its surface. These slits are arranged in a cross-shaped layout and are perpendicular to the central cross line. The slit gap is precisely controlled at 0.5 mm, with a length of about 20 mm, and the spacing between slits is set at 10 mm. The lower edge of the slits is chamfered at 1×45°, a design that allows compressed air to act more concentratedly on the central part of the fluidization blowing device, significantly enhancing the suspension fluidization effect of pulverized coal. This ensures smooth flow of pulverized coal on the fluidization blowing device, further improving the stability of pulverized coal blowing and significantly optimizing the overall working efficiency of the fluidization blowing device.
      This device is not only suitable for new blowing systems but can also be easily integrated into the renovation and upgrading of existing blowing systems, becoming a vital component of powder blowing and conveying systems. Through the strong agitation of the fluidization nozzle, it effectively improves the conveying performance of powder in the blowing tank and further enhances the fluidization effect of the powder.

       The fluidization plate is meticulously crafted using multi-layer metal woven wire mesh as the base material, combined with unique lamination design, composite pressing, and advanced processes such as vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering. This innovative design not only retains the advantages of ordinary metal woven wire mesh, such as simple pore structure and uniform mesh size, but also overcomes its shortcomings, including insufficient strength, poor integrity, and unstable mesh shape. Additionally, we can flexibly adjust the material's pore size, permeability, and mechanical strength to meet diverse application needs.
       This fluidization plate is widely used in various fields, including purification and filtration, separation and recovery of solid particles,发散 cooling in extreme high-temperature environments, airflow distribution control, air flotation transmission, gas sampling, enhanced mass and heat transfer, and flame retardancy and explosion prevention.
