Hot riveting machine

The hot riveting machine (English note: Hot riveting machine) utilizes the principle of electric heating and melting to precisely control temperature changes. It is driven by servo or pneumatic power, combined with comprehensive mechanical devices, to achieve **welding. It heats the interface of the plastic parts to be fused using a metal piece with a temperature higher than the melting point of the plastic material, causing the contact surfaces of the plastic parts to slightly melt. The parts are then formed according to the shape of the rivet head and cooled to solidify.
