Product Introduction:
Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) material is currently the rubber material with the best high-temperature resistance, chemical solvent resistance, and high cleanliness among all elastic sealing materials. It resists chemicals and corrosive media (including strong acids, strong bases, ethers, ketones, esters, nitrogen compounds, hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes, oils, steam, amine compounds, and over 1600 other chemical products), with a temperature resistance of up to 327°C.
Main Applications:
Used in semiconductor industries, chemical processing, automotive industries, petroleum industries, pharmaceutical industries, electronic products, solvent equipment, nuclear industries, aerospace equipment, and other heat-resistant machinery. It performs excellently in harsh environments.
Mechanical Properties:
① Excellent tensile strength (TS ~15-20 MPa);
② Extremely low compression set (~20% - 70h @200°C);
③ Outstanding temperature resistance (327°C);
④ Superior chemical resistance (resistant to inorganic acids, organic acids; ketones, esters, ethers; furans, aldehydes; nitrogen compounds; hydrocarbons; alcohols; oils, steam, and over 1600 other chemicals).

(1) 1050LF Hardness (Shore A) 80, Heat Resistance Standard: 260°C
Ideal material for amine compounds, with excellent resistance to general chemicals and heat.
(2) 2035 Hardness (Shore A) 80, Heat Resistance Standard: 220°C
Suitable for environments with hot water, steam, and amine compounds below 200°C. Excellent material for cyclic structure chemicals like ethylene oxide and propylene oxide.
(3) 3018 Hardness (Shore A) 90, Heat Resistance Standard: 300°C
High-hardness material. Excellent for chemicals such as styrene monomer and butadiene.
(4) Kalrez 6375 Hardness (Shore A) 75, Heat Resistance Standard: 275°C
Suitable for a wide range of chemicals. Among Kalrez materials, it offers excellent resistance to hot water and steam.
(5) 4079 Hardness (Shore A) 75, Heat Resistance Standard: 300°C
Excellent chemical resistance, including strong acids and organic acids. Offers outstanding compression set properties at high temperatures.
(6) 7075 Hardness (Shore A) 75, Heat Resistance Standard: 327°C
Developed based on 4079, with lower compression set, stronger sealing capability, suitability for more types of chemicals, and usability at temperatures up to 327°C.
(7) 4079 Performance: Excellent chemical resistance and compression set properties at high temperatures. Special attention is needed for applications involving amine compounds. For thermal cycling, use below 280°C. Heat Resistance Standard: 316°C Hardness (Shore A): 75
(8) 0040 Performance: Low-temperature resistant perfluoroelastomer, suitable for harsh conditions as low as -42°C. Low-Temperature Resistance: -42°C Heat Resistance Standard: 220°C Hardness (Shore A): 70
