Product Overview
This machine is suitable for vacuum drying and mixing of powdered and granular materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. It is particularly applicable for materials with the following requirements: heat-sensitive materials that cannot withstand high temperatures, materials requiring solvent recovery and handling of toxic gases, materials demanding extremely low residual volatile content, materials prone to oxidation or hazardous, and materials with specific crystal shape requirements.
The SZG Double Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryer features a double-cone-shaped rotating vessel. Under vacuum conditions, steam or hot water is introduced into the jacket for heating, and the heat is transferred to the wet material through the inner wall of the vessel. The evaporated moisture from the wet material is extracted by the vacuum pump through the vacuum exhaust pipe. Due to the vacuum state inside the vessel and the continuous tumbling motion of the material caused by the rotation of the vessel, the drying speed is accelerated, drying efficiency is improved, and uniform drying is achieved.
Equipment Features
The Double Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryer is a new type of dryer that integrates mixing and drying. It is equipped with a condenser and vacuum pump to form a complete vacuum drying system. (The condenser may be omitted if solvent recovery is not required.) It reduces labor intensity and improves the working environment. Additionally, as the container rotates, the material moves without accumulating on the walls, resulting in a high heat transfer coefficient and fast drying rate.
