Overview:
The tray continuous dryer is a highly efficient conduction-type continuous drying equipment. Its unique structure and working principle determine its characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small footprint, simple configuration, convenient operation control, and good operating environment. It is widely applicable to drying operations in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, feed, and agricultural by-product processing. It has received high praise in practical applications across various industries. Currently, it is manufactured in three types: atmospheric, enclosed, and vacuum; four specifications: 1200, 1500, 2200, and 3000; and three materials: A (carbon steel), B (all parts in contact with the material are stainless steel), C (based on B, with steam pipelines, main shaft, and brackets made of stainless steel, and the cylinder and top cover lined with stainless steel). The drying area ranges from 4 to 180 m², forming a series of products, and various auxiliary equipment can be provided to meet users' drying needs for various materials.
Features:
(1) Easy control and strong applicability
The drying process can be optimized by adjusting the material layer thickness, main shaft speed, number of rake arms, and the form and size of rake blades. Each drying tray can be individually supplied with hot or cold media to heat or cool the material, ensuring accurate and easy temperature control. The residence time of the material can be precisely adjusted.
The material flows in a single direction without back-mixing, ensuring uniform drying, stable quality, and no need for re-mixing.
(2) Simple and easy operation
Starting and stopping the dryer is very simple.
After stopping the feed, the rake blades can quickly empty the material from the dryer.
Through special large-sized inspection doors and sight glasses, detailed cleaning and observation inside the equipment can be performed.
(3) Low energy consumption
The material layer is very thin, the main shaft speed is low, and the power required for the material conveying system is small, resulting in low electricity consumption.
Drying is achieved through conduction heat, ensuring high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.
(4) Good operating environment, solvent recovery, and compliant dust emissions
Atmospheric type: Due to the low airflow velocity inside the equipment and the temperature distribution being higher at the top and lower at the bottom, dust hardly floats to the top of the equipment, so the exhaust gas from the top moisture outlet contains almost no dust.
Enclosed type: Equipped with a solvent recovery device, organic solvents in the moisture-laden gas can be easily recovered. The solvent recovery device is simple, with a high recovery rate. For flammable, explosive, toxic, and easily oxidizable materials, nitrogen can be used as the carrier gas for closed-loop circulation to ensure safe operation. It is particularly suitable for drying flammable, explosive, and toxic materials.
Vacuum type: The tray dryer operating under vacuum is particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
(5) Easy installation and small footprint
The dryer is shipped and transported as a whole unit, requiring only hoisting into place, making installation and positioning very easy.
Due to the layered arrangement of drying trays and vertical installation, the drying area is large while the footprint is small.
