The SZ series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are used to extract or compress air and other non-corrosive, water-insoluble gases free of solid particles, in order to create vacuum and pressure in sealed containers. The intake gas is allowed to contain a small amount of liquid. They are widely used in machinery, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, sugar industry, and electronics.
Since the gas compression process is isothermal, there is minimal risk when compressing and extracting flammable or explosive gases, making their application even broader. The operating vacuum range is -0.03 to -0.08 MPa.

Note:
1. The suction and discharge capacity from 40% to 90% vacuum or from 0.05 MPa pressure varies with the water supply volume and the clearance between the impeller and side cover, especially at lower flow rates where inaccurate adjustment can easily lead to lower values.
2. The values in the table are obtained under the following conditions: 1. Water temperature 15°C 2. Air temperature 20°C 3. Relative humidity of gas 70% 4. Atmospheric pressure 0.1013 MPa
3. The performance deviation in the table does not exceed 5%.
