Our company's rake-type vacuum dryer is designed and enhanced based on domestic rake-type vacuum dryer technology for various materials such as slurry, paste, granules, powder, and fibrous materials. The transmission part adopts a stable and durable cylindrical gear reducer. The main shaft is made of thickened stainless steel solid shaft, and the rake teeth are made of high-strength cast stainless steel, ensuring the stable operation of the rake-type vacuum dryer in various harsh working environments. Two or four knocking rods can be added inside the shell to facilitate rapid drying and crushing of materials. Heating media can be steam, thermal oil, or hot water.

Application Range
Especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials, materials prone to oxidation at high temperatures, materials that tend to agglomerate during drying, and materials whose discharged steam must be recovered during drying. After drying, the material becomes powdery, making it suitable for products that are powdery. The dried material can be directly packaged without the need for crushing. The feed moisture content of the rake-type vacuum dryer can reach up to 90%, and the materials to be dried include slurry, paste, granules, powder, or fibers. After drying, the material moisture content can be as low as 1%, or even 0.5%. This vacuum dryer is widely used in the production process of solid sodium (potassium) alkoxide.

Features:
-
Strong applicability and fast drying speed. Since the rake dryer uses a jacket for heating and high vacuum exhaust, it is suitable for almost all materials of different properties and states, especially for explosive and oxidation-prone materials.
-
High product quality. During the drying process, the rake teeth continuously rotate forward and backward, ensuring uniform mixing of the dried material.
-
Low steam consumption.
-
Easy to operate, capable of recovering volatile gases, reducing environmental pollution.
