Spliced T-slot platform

The appearance of the North Heavy manufacturer's spliced T-type platform is basically box-type, with work surfaces available in rectangular, square, circular, and other shapes. The material of the spliced T-slot platform is HT200-300 and QT400-600, and the work surface is processed using manual scraping techniques.
Purpose of the spliced T-type platform: It is mainly used to fix workpieces and serves as a basic work platform for fitters to debug, assemble, and repair equipment. The spliced T-type platform is used for tasks such as marking, inspection, measurement, riveting, assembly, welding, and other work platforms.
Spliced T-slot platform: The maximum specification is 3000mm*10000mm/4000mm*8000mm, and custom orders can also be made according to drawings.
When using the spliced T-slot platform, it must first be installed and debugged. Then, the work surface of the platform should be wiped clean, and it should be used only after confirming there are no issues. During use, care should be taken to avoid excessive collisions between the workpiece and the work surface of the spliced T-slot platform to prevent damage to the platform's work surface. The weight of the workpiece must not exceed the rated load of the platform, as this could reduce work quality, damage the platform's structure, or even cause deformation, rendering it unusable.
