Dynamometer test bench

On the dynamometer test T-slot workbench, cast iron T-slot platform, T-slot cast iron platform, and T-slot workbench with accuracy grades ranging from Grade 0 to Grade 3, sand holes with a diameter smaller than 15mm are allowed to be plugged with the same material, and their hardness should be lower than that of the surrounding material. The number of sand holes plugged on the working surface should not exceed four, and the distance between sand holes should be no less than 80mm.
The working surface of the dynamometer T-slot platform, dynamometer T-slot workbench, and motor T-slot platform should generally be processed using scraping technology. For Grade 3 T-slot platforms and T-slot cast iron platforms processed by scraping, the maximum allowable surface roughness Ra value is 5μm. The dynamometer test T-slot workbench, motor T-slot platform, and cast iron T-slot platform are constructed with ribbed plate and box-type designs. The working surfaces can be rectangular, square, or circular, and are processed using scraping technology. V-slots, T-slots, U-slots, round holes, and elongated holes can be machined on the working surface.
