Beizhong Company produces inspection plates in ribbed plate and box-type designs, with work surfaces available in rectangular, square, circular, or elliptical shapes. The work surfaces of inspection plates can be machined with V-grooves, T-slots, U-slots, dovetail grooves, round holes, elongated holes, and more.
Inspection plates are manufactured using high-quality, fine-grained gray cast iron or alloy cast iron materials, with a work surface hardness of HB170-240.
Inspection plates are manufactured in accordance with the JB/T7974-1999 standard.
Inspection plate process: To reduce production costs and enable the pricing of inspection platforms to capture market share in competitive environments, 99.8% of inspection platform manufacturers employ manual scraping techniques. Although manual scraping is relatively outdated, for platforms requiring high precision, it is an irreplaceable machining process that no mechanical method can substitute. To extend the service life of the platform and ensure its working accuracy, it is recommended to control the scraping depth to above 0.02mm. This ensures that the inspection plate has a longer service life and calibration cycle.
