Purpose of the North Heavy Machinery Factory machine tool table: Primarily used for providing a working surface for machining operations on machine tools. It features holes and T-slots for securing workpieces and clearing iron chips generated during processing. Manufactured according to the JB/T7974-99 standard, the product is constructed in ribbed plate or box-style designs. The working surface is finished using scraping techniques and can be machined with V-slots, T-slots, U-slots, round holes, and elongated holes.
Material requirements for the machine tool table: The material used is high-strength cast iron HT200-300, with a working surface hardness of HB170-240. After two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600°C-700°C and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product ensures stable accuracy and excellent wear resistance.
Specifications of the machine tool table: Sizes range from 300mm*300mm to 3000mm*6000mm (custom sizes available based on user requirements for accuracy), used for heightening or as auxiliary work tables.
Accuracy of the machine tool table: Complies with national standard metrological verification regulations, categorized into four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3.

It is a general term for the working surfaces of machining equipment, including tables for lathes, milling machines, planers, grinders, and boring machines. The composition of a machine tool includes castings such as the machine tool table, machine tool column, and machine tool crossbeam. The machine tool table can also be referred to as a T-slot table. Common types include: floor boring machine tables, boring machine tables, gantry boring and milling machine tables, gantry planer and milling machine tables, press tables, milling machine tables, auxiliary tables for machining centers, machine tool垫箱 (padding boxes), and cast iron angle plates.
