The appearance of vibration patterns on the experimental platform increases surface roughness, affecting both precision and aesthetics. However, with the scraping process, such issues rarely occur. This process prevents small-scale local deformations on the working surface of the experimental platform, ensuring its usage accuracy. Inspecting the microscopic quality of the experimental platform's working surface, i.e., the flatness of微小峰谷 (micro peaks and valleys), ensures high surface microscopic quality and wear resistance, thereby guaranteeing the platform's service life.
