Fitter's Platform

To reduce labor intensity, they are generally equipped with stands. Fitter platforms are suitable for various inspection tasks, serving as a reference plane for precision measurement and precise marking. They are also indispensable basic tools in mechanical manufacturing.
Precautions for using fitter platforms:
1. Before use, clean the anti-rust oil on the working surface with non-corrosive gasoline and wipe it dry with degreased cotton yarn before use.
2. Temperature changes can cause measurement errors; they should be used within a range of 20±5°C.
3. During use, adjust to a horizontal position using a level to ensure even distribution of support points.
4. Handle with care and strictly prevent collisions.
5. After use, wipe clean, apply anhydrous acidic anti-rust oil, cover with moisture-proof paper, and store in a clean, dry place.
6. Inspection cycle: maximum period of one year.
