Hebei Beizhong T-slot surface plates are manufactured in accordance with the latest national standard GB/T22095-2008. The working surface is machined with N T-slots based on user requirements in actual production. T-slot cast iron surface plates are adjusted using methods such as anchor bolts, foundation bolts, adjustable leveling pads, and jack screws. The adjusted surface accuracy depends on the adjustment area and the customer's intended use.
Types of T-slot cast iron surface plates: T-slot platforms, cast iron T-slot platforms, T-slot surface plates, T-slot assembly platforms, T-slot welding platforms, T-slot testing platforms, T-slot foundation platforms, and single T-slot platforms. T-slot dimensions: The T-slot opening generally ranges from 12-52mm and can also be customized according to requirements. Number of T-slots: Machined based on user needs, with the option to process elongated holes or round holes as required. Specifications (mm): 1000*1000---3000*8000mm. Material: High-strength cast iron HT200-300, subjected to two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600°C-700°C and vibration aging) to completely eliminate internal stress, ensuring stable accuracy and excellent wear resistance. Purpose: Mainly used for securing workpieces, serving as a foundational working surface for fitters to debug, assemble, and maintain equipment. Accuracy: Grades 1, 2, 3, and fine planing. The working surface is scraped and inspected using the color coating method. For Grade 3 surface plates processed by scraping, the maximum allowable surface roughness Ra is 5μm, ensuring flatness accuracy.
Packaging: Wooden packaging. Before packaging, the product undergoes anti-rust treatment and is properly packaged to avoid damage during transportation due to inadequate packaging. The package includes a product qualification certificate, material report, and relevant inspection reports from national quality authorities. Technical requirements: The working surface must not have defects such as sand holes, air holes, cracks, slag inclusions, shrinkage cavities, scratches, bumps, or rust spots that severely affect appearance and performance. The casting surface should be free of molding sand, smooth, firmly painted, with all sharp edges blunted.
Inspection cycle: Initial adjustment within 2-3 months after installation and use, followed by inspections every 6-12 months. The warranty period for T-slot surface plates is one year, starting from the date of final acceptance. The supplier provides a "three guarantees" service. During the warranty period, upon receiving a fault notification, general issues will be responded to within 2 hours, while major issues will require technical personnel to arrive on-site within 24 hours for in-province cases and 48 hours for out-of-province cases to resolve the problem. If parts replacement is issued, the warranty period will be extended from the date of replacement. After the warranty period expires, lifelong technical support is provided, ensuring timely supply of product spare parts and consumables. Installation: Detailed installation instructions are provided for T-slot cast iron surface plates, along with installation drawings, including support point layout plans, detailed design drawings of the masonry support between the leveling pads and the foundation, and foundation plans. The load-bearing capacity of T-slot surface plates is designed for N tons of pressure. The weight of the workpiece should not exceed the rated load of the T-slot cast iron surface plate to avoid reduced work quality and structural damage causing deformation.
