The cast iron welding platform is made of high-strength cast iron HT200-300, with a working surface hardness of HB170-240. It undergoes two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years), ensuring stable precision and excellent wear resistance. Typically, the cast iron welding platform requires thickening to withstand the impact forces encountered during work.
Welding platform products are constructed in ribbed plate and enclosure styles, with working surfaces available in rectangular, square, and circular shapes. The working surface of the cast iron welding platform is finished using manual scraping techniques.
