1. Cast iron inspection platforms with specifications from 100mm*200mm to 400mm*400mm have accuracies of Grade 0, Grade 1, and Grade 2.
2. Inspection workbenches with specifications from 400mm*600mm to 1500mm*2500mm have accuracies of Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3.
3. Cast iron inspection workbenches with specifications from 1500mm*3000mm to 2000mm*3000mm have accuracies of Grade 2, Grade 3, and fine planing.

Inspection workbench casting process: 1. First, the sand milling process must be controlled well. The performance of the molding sand will directly affect the quality of the platform measuring tool castings. Therefore, the molding sand should have good permeability, wet strength, fluidity, plasticity, and yieldability.
2. Strictly follow the feeding sequence: old sand - new sand - clay - water. The mixing time is set at 6-7 minutes, and after mixing, it should be tempered for about 5 hours. Control of the casting pouring process. Before pouring, the molten iron should be treated with inoculation and slag removal.
3. During the pouring process of the inspection platform castings, pour at a large flow rate, continuously and steadily, until full. In case of run-out, promptly block the leaking area and replenish with molten iron to reduce defects such as cold shuts and insufficient pouring.
Control of the casting cleaning process for the inspection platform. The cleaning process involves removing the measuring tool castings from the mold after cooling to obtain surface-defect-free platform measuring tool castings. Select a reasonable gating system to allow the measuring tool castings to solidify sequentially, resulting in castings with uniform structure.
