Shaft Alignment Platform

The Hebei Beizhong Shaft Straightening Platform is used for correcting bends in shafts, pipes, lead screws, round steel, etc. The correction position can be adjusted arbitrarily, and corresponding straighteners can be used based on the specifications of the shafts, pipes, lead screws, or round steel that need to be corrected.
The shaft straightening platform is also known as the cast iron shaft straightening platform, shaft straightening long strip plate, pipe straightener, shaft straightener, and shaft correction tool. The base material of the shaft straightener is HT200-300, with a hardness of HB170-240. The platform undergoes tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress. The clamping fixtures of the shaft straightening platform are made of cast steel and cast iron.
The shaft straightening platform is equipped with manually adjustable bolts, allowing shafts or pipes to be placed on their support frames for completion.
