The Beizhong manufacturer's production inspection platform serves as a reference plane for precision measurement in production workshops or metrology departments. Manufactured according to the JB/T7974-1999 standard, the product is constructed in a ribbed plate or box-style design, with work surfaces available in rectangular, square, or circular shapes.

Technical requirements for the inspection platform:
Inspection platform process: The work surface employs a scraping process, and it can be machined with V-grooves, T-slots, U-slots, dovetail grooves, round holes, long holes, etc.
Purpose of the inspection platform: It is used as a planar reference measuring tool for workpiece inspection or marking.
Quality inspection of the inspection platform: The work surface of the inspection plate (inspection platform) should not have rust marks, scratches, bumps, or other appearance defects that affect its use.
Precision classification
1. The flatness of the inspection platform can be divided into:
①、AA grade: Its flatness (um) = 1 + 1.6D² (where D is the diagonal length or diameter of the platform), used for highly precise measurements, often in laboratories. ②、A grade: Its flatness has twice the error of the AA grade, commonly used in tool inspection rooms for inspecting precision measuring tools. ③、B grade: Its flatness has four times the error of the AA grade, often used in tool inspection rooms or on-site for inspecting measuring tools or marking.
Inspection plate accuracy: Executed according to the national standard metrological verification regulations, divided into four levels: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
