The Beizhong Enterprise HJ series mechanical slide table adopts a ball screw. This slide table is equipped with high-quality cast iron guide rails, and the electrical stopper installation positions include left or right types. The mechanical slide table is used to achieve feed motion and can be used horizontally or vertically. It can also be used to install workpieces to form conveying motion and achieve work cycles.
Based on different stroke lengths, the slide table is divided into Type I, II, III, and IV, with specifications of 250mm, 400mm, 630mm, 1000mm, and 1600mm. Users can select according to their needs, and the stroke length must be specified when ordering. The slide table is further divided into Type A and Type B, using high-grade cast iron or steel-insert structures, with two precision grades: standard and precision. Type A features double rectangular guide rails, generally used for rough machining, while Type B uses a combination of one mountain and one distance guide rail for precision machining. When the slide table is used for deep-hole machining, it must be specified to include a step feed device.
