Test plate

BeiZhong Machinery Test Plate, also known as cast iron test plate, test platform, or T-slot test platform, is primarily used for power testing in machinery, motors, and engines. The cast iron test plate offers excellent plane stability and toughness. The surface of the test plate is equipped with T-slots and bolt holes for securing experimental equipment.
Test plate (test platform) specifications range from 1000*1000 to 4000*8000 (larger sizes can be manufactured by splicing; custom specifications are available according to drawings).
Cast iron test plate accuracy: Complies with national standard metrological verification regulations, and can be processed to Grade 2, Grade 3, or fine planing based on customer requirements. T-slot test plate surface treatment: The working surface is machined with T-slots and may include bolt holes. Surface flatness accuracy is ensured through manual scraping. Non-machined surfaces are cleaned of molding sand and coated with anti-rust paint.
Test plate material: High-quality, high-strength gray cast iron HT250-300, with a working surface hardness of HB200-240. It undergoes two rounds of artificial annealing at 600°C-700°C to completely relieve internal stress. This product ensures stable accuracy and excellent wear resistance.
