Hebei Test Platform

The weight error of the Hebei test platform produced by Beizhong Factory generally does not exceed 10%. If it exceeds 10%, further quality assessment of the Hebei test platform is required to determine whether the cast iron platform can be put into use.
The accuracy levels of the Hebei test platform are divided into four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3. The test plate undergoes a manual scraping process. Although manual scraping is relatively outdated, for test platforms, when high precision is required, it is an irreplaceable machining technique that no mechanical processing can substitute. To extend the service life of the test platform and ensure its working accuracy, it is recommended to control the scraping depth to above 0.02mm. If vibration marks appear on the surface, the roughness of the product increases, affecting both precision and aesthetics. With the scraping process, such issues are rarely encountered. This process helps prevent minor local deformations on the working surface, ensuring the accuracy of the test platform. Inspecting the microscopic quality of the Hebei test platform’s working surface, i.e., the flatness of tiny peaks and valleys, ensures high surface micro-quality and good wear resistance, thereby guaranteeing the platform’s service life.
