Material of the Motor Test Platform: High-quality, high-strength gray iron HT250-300, with a working surface hardness of HB200-240. It undergoes two artificial annealing processes at 600°C-700°C to completely eliminate internal stress. The product offers stable precision and excellent wear resistance.
Specifications of the Motor Test Platform: 1000*1000mm to 4000*9000mm. Platforms larger than these specifications can be custom-made by splicing, and non-standard specifications can be customized according to drawings.
Precision of the Motor Test Platform: Manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T22095-2008. The working surface is manually scraped to ensure flatness precision, which can be graded as Level 0, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or fine planing (5 grades) based on customer requirements.
