The North Heavy manufacturer's precision inspection platform is manufactured in accordance with the JB/T7974-1999 standard. The precision inspection platform is constructed in ribbed plate and box-type designs, with work surfaces available in rectangular, square, or circular shapes. The precision inspection platform serves as a reference plane for precision measurement in production workshops or metrology departments.
The precision inspection platform is primarily used for inspecting mechanical parts, flatness, parallelism, straightness, and other geometric tolerances as a measurement reference. It is suitable for various machine tool and mechanical inspection tasks.

Precision inspection platform specifications: 200mm*200mm---2000mm*4000mm (special specifications are produced based on the buyer's drawings or through mutual agreement for manufacturing and processing).
After manual processing, the precision inspection platform achieves higher accuracy and excellent wear resistance. The surface quality of the cast iron inspection platform can be inspected using the coloring method. The standards are as follows: Grade 0 and Grade 1 plates must have no fewer than 25 points per 25mm square area, Grade 2 no fewer than 20 points, and Grade 3 no fewer than 12 points. It is an indispensable basic measuring tool in mechanical manufacturing.
