Floor-type boring machine worktable

Material of the floor-type boring machine: High-strength cast iron HT200-300, with a table hardness of HB170-240. It undergoes two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600°C–700°C and natural aging for 2–3 years), ensuring stable precision and excellent wear resistance.
First-grade accuracy: The flatness of the fixed worktable surface is 0.05mm within a length of 1000mm. For every additional 1000mm in length, the flatness error increases by 0.02mm, with a maximum error value of 0.10mm.
Second-grade accuracy: The flatness of the fixed worktable surface is 0.08mm within a length of 1000mm. For every additional 1000mm in length, the flatness error increases by 0.03mm, with a maximum error value of 0.15mm.
