Kangda KT-90A Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulator
Factory Price Sale) KT-90A Type Nerve Injury Therapy Device
Device Features
· Stimulates denervated muscles with low-frequency pulse currents to induce rhythmic contractions, increase muscle tone, maintain muscle "health," delay muscle atrophy, and promote nerve recovery;
· Wide pulse width range effectively stimulates denervated muscles and enhances muscle tone;
· Adjustable pulse waveform, frequency, and output intensity;
· Meets the requirement of at least 10ms pulse width for reliable excitation of denervated muscles, ensuring stimulation of both denervated muscles and low-tension cerebral palsy muscles;
· Three-channel output, continuously adjustable frequency, independent stimulation intensity adjustment, capable of treating three patients or three areas simultaneously;
· Accurate computer timing with six settings: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 minutes, featuring an alarm function at the end of treatment;
· Equipped with output lock function; output cannot be initiated if the output adjustment potentiometer is not at zero;
· Supports bipolar group electrical stimulation, unipolar motor point electrical stimulation, acupoint therapy, and electroacupuncture treatment using fine needles in the "partial denervation" mode.
Main Indications
The product is used for the treatment of complete and partial denervation diseases.
III. Clinical Applications of Kangda KT-90A Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulator:
As early as the early 1990s, the Physical Therapy Department of Beijing Xiaotangshan Rehabilitation Hospital used this device for clinical treatment of nerve injuries, nerve paralysis, sciatica, facial paralysis, and upper/lower limb movement disorders. After using the device to treat conditions involving the brachial plexus, axillary nerve, radial nerve, ulnar nerve, median nerve, sciatic nerve, and femoral nerve, the Rehabilitation Department of Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical University, concluded that the device:
1. Treats a wide range of conditions: Designed to meet different pathological requirements after nerve injury, with selectable stimulation durations and pulse times suitable for varying degrees of injury;
2. Well-tolerated by patients: Due to reasonable stimulation frequency and waveform selection, patients experience no discomfort during muscle stimulation. From infants a few months old to elderly patients, there is no resistance to stimulating deep or superficial muscles, and they readily accept this treatment method;
3. Stable performance, safe and reliable;
4. Highly valuable for widespread promotion.
In the mid-20th century, the Hand Surgery Physical Therapy Room of Wuxi Suburban Hospital conducted clinical efficacy observations on radial nerve injuries with excellent results. They believe that early initiation of nerve injury treatment after postoperative wound healing significantly promotes nerve regeneration and motor function recovery.
IV. Main Technical Parameters:
1. Output pulse waveform: bidirectional asymmetric square wave (rectangular wave).
2. Pulse frequency: continuously adjustable from 0.5Hz to 5Hz, tolerance ±20%.
3. Pulse width divided into two ranges:
a) For complete denervation treatment: 10ms rectangular wave, tolerance ±20%;
b) For partial denervation treatment: five consecutive 1ms rectangular waves, tolerance ±20%.
4. Maximum output current: Three independent outputs (A, B, C), each with a peak current Ip not exceeding 50mA under a 500Ω load.
5. Maximum open-circuit output voltage: Peak output voltage should not exceed 500V when the output is open.
6. Short-circuit and open-circuit resistance: After short-circuit and open-circuit tests, the device should function normally without performance degradation.
7. Continuous operation time: Not less than 4 hours.
8. Timing settings: Six timing options: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 minutes, tolerance ±10%.
9. Single pulse charge: At maximum output amplitude, the charge per pulse should not be less than 7μC.
10. Single pulse energy: The maximum energy output per pulse through skin electrodes should not exceed 300mJ.
11. Output amplitude adjustment should be continuous and uniform, with the minimum output not exceeding 2% of the maximum output.
