IV. Structure of ZW20-12 Vacuum Circuit Breaker

The ZW20 vacuum circuit breaker manufactured by Zhejiang Chuanlong Electric Co., Ltd. consists of an insulation system, operating system, conductive system, sealing system, and measurement system.

► The conductive system consists of incoming/outgoing conductive rods, conductive clamps, copper flexible connections, and a vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber, providing strong current-carrying capacity. Its arc-extinguishing and breaking performance are superior to similar products.

► This product adopts a mature sealing structure. The contact points between rotating parts and the housing are sealed using grooving plus sealing rings and stamped forming grooves to ensure excellent air tightness. The main circuit and secondary components, as well as the operating mechanism, are sealed in SF6 gas (zero gauge pressure), improving the electrical operating performance of the switch components.

► The entire unit uses SF6 gas insulation inside the housing, significantly enhancing the electrical safety performance of the internal structure. The incoming/outgoing bushings are integrally cast with epoxy resin and silicone rubber. Phase A and C use outwardly angled bushings, increasing phase spacing and ensuring excellent external insulation. With superior performance, it is a maintenance-free product.

► The precise measurement system consists of high-precision current transformers and a zero-sequence transformer. This product is equipped with one current transformer per phase A and C at the incoming end, with an accuracy class of 1 and a ratio of 200-600/5, to monitor line operating current in real time and ensure line operation quality. A zero-sequence transformer with an accuracy class of 1 and a ratio of 20/1 is installed on the three-phase outgoing side. It can detect ground fault currents in the range of 0.2A–6A with good linearity, ensuring accurate monitoring data.

► The circuit breaker body can be installed via pole hanging or base mounting, offering convenient and flexible installation with a wide range of options. The sectionalizing controller is installed below the circuit breaker for easy viewing, with secondary wiring connected to the sectionalizing circuit breaker via cables. The power transformer (voltage PT) can be placed alongside the circuit breaker or on top of the switch body.

► This device features electric automatic energy storage, manual energy storage, manual opening/closing, and electric opening/closing functions. It also supports remote control opening/closing, meeting the operational needs of different users.
