The SG/SBK series three-phase dry-type isolation transformers are indoor air self-cooling type, suitable for AC circuits with 50Hz/60Hz frequency and voltage up to 1000V. They serve as control power sources, local lighting, and indicator power sources for various machine tools, mechanical equipment, and general electrical appliances, and can also be used as small power sources. The SG/SBK series three-phase dry-type transformers can be manufactured in open-type and protective-type designs. They feature low loss, low noise, excellent fire resistance, and environmental friendliness. The protective type is constructed with a steel plate casing, with the transformer housed inside. The casing has inlet and outlet holes for power line installation. Additionally, voltage indicator lights and current monitoring instruments can be installed as per customer requirements. For large capacities above 10kVA, cooling fans are added, and for capacities of 80kVA and above, alarms are included. Universal wheels can also be added for mobility.

II. Three-phase dry-type isolation transformers are key components of various power supplies and electrical equipment. A simple transformer is one without a shielding layer between the primary and secondary windings, with a turns ratio of 1:1, primarily used for electrical isolation between input and output to address grounding issues between the two. Sometimes referred to as insulation transformers, transformers not only change voltage but also electrically isolate the input and output windings from each other. The primary and secondary windings are shielded with copper foil to filter harmonics, prevent current waveform distortion from polluting the mains grid, and avoid the danger of simultaneously touching a live enclosure (or metal parts that may become live due to insulation damage) and the ground. Three-phase dry-type isolation transformers are widely used to suppress power interference and resolve mutual interference between equipment caused by ground loops. The input and output voltages of dry-type isolation transformers can be designed as required, with single-phase, three-phase, or multiple input and output options, and specifications such as delta and star configurations. The rated power can be up to 2000KVA. Dry-type isolation transformers consist of cylindrical windings and laminated iron cores. The iron core is made of new high-quality high-silicon steel sheets, fully stacked with斜接缝. Advanced imported winding machines and full vacuum pressure impregnation are used. Primary and secondary windings include ventilation ducts for fast heat dissipation. Galvanized brackets and special impregnation processes, including vacuum impregnation and oven drying, effectively reduce vibration and noise during operation, increase electrical strength, and incorporate new technologies such as high-temperature-resistant insulating materials, making the transformer energy-efficient and quiet. Energy-saving and low-noise coils are designed with ventilation slots to ensure smooth air flow, rapidly and effectively reducing coil temperature.
