Workflow: Place the entire coil of iron wire at the wire reel station. It passes through ① the Warp Wire Straightener for straightening. The straightened wire enters ② Welding Host Machine 1 for welding odd-numbered warp wires (e.g., the 1st, 3rd, 5th, etc., odd-numbered warp wires). ③ The Double Hopper automatically drops the weft wires to form a mesh sheet through welding. It then proceeds to ④ Welding Host Machine 2 for supplementary welding of even-numbered warp wires (e.g., the 2nd, 4th, 6th, etc., even-numbered warp wires). Next, ⑤ the Mesh Pulling Cart pulls the mesh sheet backward according to the mesh aperture distance. The mesh sheet enters ⑦ the Mesh Cutting Machine and is automatically cut once it reaches the set length. The cut mesh sheet is then manually dragged off from ⑧ the Output Platform, completing the process.
