I. Welding Capability, Quality, and Efficiency:

(1) Welding pipe diameter φ38~φ109mm, stud diameter φ6~12mm, pipe length12m;

(2) Stud length15~30mm

(3) Minimum spacing between studs 15mm

(4) The cumulative error of the feed stepper motor within 13 meters is not greater than ±2mm (standard lathe rack transmission), with indexing accuracy within ±0.5°

(5) Welding speed for one pair of studs is less than 4 seconds

(6) Range of weldable materials

Base pipe + stud head:

Carbon steel + carbon steel

Carbon steel + low alloy steel (including manganese steel)
