I. Overview
This model of constant speed device (also known as constant speed source) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the implemented JJG622-97 "Verification Regulation for Insulation Resistance Meters". The constant speed device is driven by a DC permanent magnet motor, and the motor speed is adjusted by changing the motor voltage, featuring stepless speed regulation and convenient adjustment. The rotational speed of the drive disk is measured with a digital tachometer, ensuring accuracy and reliability. While driving the insulation resistance meter to rotate, the constant speed device can also perform verification tests with forward, backward, left, and right tilts of 5°. Therefore, it is an essential supporting equipment for the verification of insulation resistance meters.
