Product Introduction
Flux Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. DF3205E Human Body Electrostatic Comprehensive Tester is designed to measure whether the resistance from the human skin (finger) to the sole of the shoe or the surface of the clothing, after wearing anti-static shoes and anti-static clothing, meets the anti-static requirements. When static electricity is generated in the human body, it needs to be discharged promptly through a discharge path to avoid the accumulation of static electricity. The smaller the resistance, the faster the discharge, but it cannot be too small. Firstly, from a safety perspective, if the resistance is too small, a low-resistance path is formed between the human body and the ground, posing a risk of electric shock. Secondly, too low resistance can lead to rapid electrostatic discharge (ESD) events. If the resistance is too high, electrostatic charges cannot be discharged effectively and in time.
Technical Specifications:
Complies with Q/W1302-2010;
Qualified range for anti-static shoes: 750kΩ to 100MΩ, measurement error better than ±5%;
Qualified range for anti-static clothing: 750kΩ to 10GΩ, lower limit measurement error better than ±5%, upper limit better than ±25%.
