RS-2000 Separation Device

Flux Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. RS-2000 Separation Device is used in conjunction with the national standard GB/T 18115. 

Through the combined action of a peristaltic pump, switching valves, a switching valve controller, and a separation column under specific timing conditions, the RS-2000 separation device can automatically achieve the separation of the matrix in the sample solution and the enrichment of the target impurity elements.

The peristaltic pump delivers the sample solution, rinse solution, and elution solution to separate the target components and the matrix on the separation column. The switching valve controller controls the rotation of the valves to automatically complete the processes of column equilibration, sample injection, elution, collection, and regeneration.

The design of this device is based on flow injection technology, enabling automation of the separation and enrichment operations. It offers advantages such as simplicity, speed, low contamination, and reagent savings.

This device allows flexible setting of the start and end times for sample injection, rinsing, and elution, as well as the collection time of the eluate. The entire flow path is constructed using acid- and alkali-resistant tubing and valve components, providing flexibility, durability, and a wide range of applications.
